1. Matthew 25:14-30 tells of a wise master who was about to embark upon a very long journey. He had
at his disposal eight talents of gold to which he entrusted into the care of his servants. The story
goes on to tell how some of the servants made use of the talents to make wealth but others hid them
and never made use of them. The story ends by the master returning to reward those who made use of
their talents while at the same time severely punishing those who hid their talents and made them go
waste.
2. Our main take from this story is the fact that the servant who hid his talent had no idea how he
could use it in order to make wealth and impact upon humanity.
3. The main goal of the TRISCOE Skill Development Program is to teach our pupils how they can
identify, develop, and make good use of their talents in order to make wealth and also to better the
lives of humankind on Earth.

1. The program is compulsory for every student; whether he/she likes it or not. Book alone can never
make you completely successful in life.
2. The program is compulsory for every teacher of the school. As teachers, we owe it a duty to teach
employable skills to our pupils so they do not grow up unequipped for life.
3. Members of non-teaching staff who have any employable skill to teach the pupils can also join.
However, it is not compulsory in their case.
4. Parents or benevolent persons who have any employable skills to teach the pupils are also very
welcome.
